PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding holidays and take up to 4 business days to be processed.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number and delivery confirmation.

All order information is Final. We cannot change the shipping address after an order is placed for any reason. Please ensure to use correct shipping address and payment method before checking out.

 * FREE Shipping is eligible on orders over $99.

Returns

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. Most item(s) may be returned for a refund within 7 days from date of delivery and accompanied with an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may return most items in their original packaging, unopened and unused within 7 days of delivery for a refund. In addition to the RMA number, all returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip and all original components. When emailing our customer service team, please have your order number available to allow us to better serve you. 

 

RETURN POLICY 

Beyond Apparel will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.

Order more than 7 days from date of delivery by customers are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a company error or product defect.

Please allow Beyond Apparel 5-7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.

Beyond Apparel will email you after a return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

All product returns must be in unopened, unused and in salable condition upon arrival at our warehouse within 7 days of delivery in order to receive a refund.

Any package that is refused, unclaimed or undeliverable due to insufficient address is also subject to 20% restocking fee.

We require pictures of damaged goods in order to issue a return/refund.

** Please include a copy of your order invoice or order number in your returning package.

 

REFUNDS

A 20% restocking fee and Shipping & Handling fees will be assessed on all returned merchandise when opting for a refund of the original form of payment. The restocking fee will be waived if the return is due to company error or product defect.

Allow 5-7 business working days for your refund to post to your account.

Some refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement, depending on the banking institution.

Refunds can only be credited back to the same payment method used on the original order.

Beyond Apparel does not accept CODs for returned merchandise. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Original Shipping & Handling fees are fully reimbursed if an error was due to a product defect or company error.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If you wish to return an item to Beyond Apparel, please follow the instructions below within 7 days of delivery.

  1. Please click here to register Beyond Apparel returns using our returns service. Enter your order number and email. Your order number starts with BA and can be found within your account. Please note the order number needs to be entered without any letter at the end. Please click here to retrieve your order number.
  1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in unopened, unused and salable condition to ensure that you receive credit. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  1. Please include your original receipt with your order number, reason for return, billing name, and address with the item(s).
  1. Send the return package to the address provided in your Return Request email. 
  1. Package should be shipped prepaid through a traceable method like UPS or USPS. Please note: Shipping and Handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable.
